Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing it the next business day. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3-5 working days via Australia Post, and spore orders are shipped with tracking for added security.

Orders to New Zealand usually take 7-10 working days.

Allow 12-20 working days for orders shipped to Canada, UK and USA (note we do not ship to excluding California, Idaho, and Georgia - orders to these regions will be cancelled and refunded immediately).

Your package will arrive in discreet packaging, designed to fit through your letterbox.

During particularly busy periods, there may be slight delays. We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us for tracking updates unless more than 7 days have passed since placing your order, as this allows us to process other orders more efficiently.

We guarantee the safe delivery of your order, or you’ll receive a full refund. When you order is shipped you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Please use this to track the progress of your order.
