At Sporezilla, we’re all about making sure you're stoked with what you get. If you need any help or guidance with your order, just hit us up at info@sporezilla.shop We’re here for you.
Our spore syringes are crafted with precision, in a state-of-the-art lab, under super sterile conditions. Everything is tested and inspected on a regular basis. No one can ever say they are completely contamination free, but we go to great lengths and are pretty damn close.
Because of this, we can’t offer refunds for contamination that happens after you use our syringes. But hey, accidents happen. If the cap on your spore syringe comes off during shipping and liquid leaks out, shoot us an email, and we’ll sort you out. No worries.
For any other mishaps or if you have concerns, reach out, and we’ll work with you to resolve it as fast as possible.
Here’s the Deal:
If your order gets delayed, we’ll reship it after 21 working days. Prefer a full refund? Cool, but you’ll need to send the package back. If you don’t return it, or it’s lost in transit, we’ll knock off 50%. Fair is fair.
Heads up: Shipping fees aren’t refundable. Check the shipping info page for the lowdown on that.
"Changed my mind, can I cancel and get a refund?"
Yes, but we’ll take a 10% processing fee off the refund. No biggie, just part of the deal.
"I inoculated a grow bag, but there’s no growth. Can I get a refund?"
Sorry, that’s a no. Check out the FAQ for more info on that one.
In some cases, we might ask you to send us photos before we send replacements – just so we know what’s up.
We don’t offer refunds or reships after 30 days, and if we’ve already shipped your package and it gets lost, the shipping fees are still on you. If we reship, you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.
